Does he get a say?

So, Ive been speaking with friends about different things, the baby, redecorating different stuff like that where people tend to have different opinions about things. I was realizing that my husband and I are really different from a lot of other couples. I guess Im pretty bossy as discovered a few posts back relating to my astrology sign but in these sort of opinionated situations, I've never known anything different other than getting what I want.

So I got Quinns ears pierced....no I didnt ask my husband if I could do it. Shes a girl, its what girls do. Yes I told him that I wanted to get it done and NO I didn't stick around to listen what his opinion of it was....to be quite frank, it really didn't matter. But in all honesty, my husband most likely didnt have an opinion. Speaking to a friend of mine, her husband is dead set against them getting their daughters ears pierced. He says no way jose....

Redecorating.....As my post states last night, I got a wild hair and needed to do something to the bathroom. I asked my husband for money, but I didn't ask what he wants in a bathroom that is his. Although he did tell me he liked his bathroom the way it was, bare bone. I didn't listen because, well, I guess he really didn't care because he handed the money to me anyways.

Now on to something a bit different. Im looking for bedding for our room....not sure if you remember the damask chairs we have....but they are black and white damask chairs in the sitting area in our room. I dont want to do that type of bedding...I want to have a splash of color. I cant think for life of me what to do. Im thinking of red....maybe black bedding, I have no clue. Obiviously a printed pattern is out of the picture. Then I saw a blog where the girl just redid her room, it is so chic and pretty and I thought it would go perfect, take a look, I would just incorporate some black in there.....what do you all think? Anything goes.

So anyways.....is this just my relationship that is like this or do most people have this sort of husband gives wife what she wants relationship? For you women that have men that have strong opinions I totally applaud you, because let me tell you, my husband would probably be replaced if he tried to fight me on this stuff (totally kidding)....or am I? haha YES.
